Course Content


Struggling for ideas of what to make as the winter nights draw in? Then why not join our academy head chef, as he shows you how to enhance your repertoire for the winter months, with 3 courses to warm the cockles of even the coldest heart. Don your apron and recreate each dish at your own fully equipped workstation in our state of the art, award winning kitchen. Once the work is done there's plenty of time for you to sit at chefs table and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a well earned glass of wine.

Spiced winter minestrone with salsiccia sausage and butternut squash


Slow cooked daube of beef cooked in red wine with baby onions and pancetta lardons served with celeriac mash and braised cabbage


Apple and black cherry crumble with homemade custard
