Join one of Glasgow's most loved chefs on his behind the scenes culinary tour to one of the chef's favourite bustling fruit markets .Including the opportunity meet the merchant, experience the hustle and bustle and identify the best and freshest types of produce to purchase and use for your 3 course Vegan Masterpiece.

Then head straight back to the home of Scotland's favourite lager to enjoy a complimentary behind the scenes tour and beer tasting, then it’s time to pick your beer of choice which you can pair with your cutlery delight.

Next stop its time to cook & eat! Here you'll be invited by Chef John in to the state of the art Cookery School for a masterclass in the ultimate 3 course Vegan Dinner Party, you will then get the opportunity to create your own  under his expert tutelage. 

Wine & Tennent's will be served throughout your cookery class by your dedicated host, and recipes will be provided to take home and recreate your new favourite dishes for your family & friends.

Competition Time! John will also offer a meal for 2 at his restaurant Red Onion, for the best Vegan meal on the day!
