Join one of Glasgow's most loved chefs on his behind the scenes culinary tour to one of the chef's favourite bustling fish markets Corrigans Fishmongers. Including the opportunity meet the merchant, experience the hustle and bustle and identify the best and freshest types of fish to purchase and use for your Classic Bouillabaisse.
Then head straight back to the home of Scotland's favourite lager to enjoy a complimentary behind the sceanes tour and beer tasting, then its time to pick your beer of choice which will be enjoyed with your Classic Bouillabaisse.
Next stop its time to cook & eat! Here you'll be invited by Chef John in to the state of the art Cookery School for a masterclass in the ultimate Classic Bouillabaisse.
in the Classic Bouillabaisse you will then get the opportunity to create your own masterpiece under his expert tutelage.
Wine & Tennent's will be served throughout your cookery class by your dedicated host, and recipes will be provided to take home and recreate your new favourite dish for your family & friends.
