Course Content

This bread making masterclass will teach you everything you 'knead' to know about bread, it won't cost you much 'dough' and we hope you can 'rise' to the occasion! 

Our Tennent's Training Academy Chef will guide you through the afternoon showing you how to create various types of breads that will have your friends and family praising your new found skills. 

The class will begin with tea and coffee on arrival followed by a demonstration of the steps and techniques involved in creating each of the different breads. 

Half way through your bread making afternoon, the class will break for a light antipasto lunch with a pint of Tennent's, Magners or a Glass of Wine around chef’s table, allowing you to enjoy the first of your baked breads together. After lunch you will return to your stations to finish your creations. 

Example breads you could make on the day are:

·         White Rolls

·         Crusty White Loaf

·         Focaccia

·         Wholemeal Loaf

·         Ciabatta Bread

·         Hot Cross Buns

The overall cost of the course includes tea & coffee, antipasto lunch, glass of wine, baking tuition, all ingredients, equipment & aprons.
