The Traditional Scottish Cookery Masterclass Evening

Whether you're just visiting Scotland or you've lived here all your life, come join us here at Tennent's Training Academy's Cook School in Glasgow, as we guide you through the steps involved in creating some of the most beloved dishes made famous by Scottish Tradition.
Begin your evening with a Pint of Tennent's or Magners cider on arrival to the Tennent'e Brewery, before being escorted to the Tennent's Cook School inside the grounds.
Relax with a glass of fizz before you don your apron and begin watching our award winning chef demonstrate the steps you will follow when you begin cooking.
All 3 courses will first be demonstrated by our Head Chef who will then pass the ingredients to you for you to try yourself. Don't worry though! He'll be on hand if you need guidence or a glass of wine!
When you have finished preparing each course, Chef will invite you to join his table where you can enjoy all of your creations accompanied by a glass of wine or beer, and relax with the rest of the group before your next course is up.

Starter: Traditional Scottish Cullen Skink
Main Course: Chicken breast stuffed with Haggis, smothered in a Whisky sauce served with Neeps & Tatties.

Who is this class suitable for?
No previous cooking experience required - beginners welcome
