BIIAB Level 3 Award in Kitchen Management
The qualification covers all areas of managing a catering operation including people, administration, the kitchen environment itself and the wider market and the opportunities that this presents. All of these areas need to be managed and managed well to ensure that a catering operation runs smoothly and profitably, and completion of this qualification will provide candidates with the knowledge and confidence required to meet the challenges that they will fact in running a catering operation.

Important Information:
· The Course starts at 10am please arrive no later than 9.45am to the visitor reception of Tennent’s Wellpark Brewery.
· There is no parking onsite, please arrive in time to find suitable parking nearby, we offer all day parking at the Duke Street PBT Carpark for a subsidised price which is 5 minute walk away.
· There are ID requirements for this course to be able to sit the exam. Please ask a member of staff for more details when booking this course
