Learn to make varied & delicious vegetarian dishes using a variety of techniques
This day is great for vegetarians who want more ideas for their diets and people who are cooking for vegetarians and need a little inspiration
On arrival to the Academy you will start your “shift” the Chefs way – with a tea / coffee and some morning snacks. You will then be ready to start your vegetarian culinary experience under the watchful eye of our Academy Chefs in our state of the art kitchen, where you will cook and prepare your own lunch enjoyed at Chef’s table with a glass of wine of course.
After your well earned lunch break, our Chef will then guide you through cooking and preparing your own vegetarian meal that you can master at home, allowing you to show off to friends or family the skills you have learned!
