Megan has worked in numerous fields of customer service starting with over 7 years' experience in Retail Management then moving into Hospitality Sector when moving to the United Kingdom in 2006.
Megan is an all-rounder within the hospitality sector with experience working within Bars, Clubs, Restaurants and Hotels. She has an open and friendly manner and specialises is in customer service and training and development. She has spent the last 14 years gaining an in- depth working knowledge of different learning styles and training techniques that would suit a variety of people. She has a great understanding of team management, development and training as well as all aspects in recruitment, payroll, interviewing skills, team building, customer service, event management and inductions.
After working in training and development Megan saw her calling and decided to formalise her skills by gaining a Degree in Human Resources Management with Events Management, and becoming a fully fledge CIPD Member in 2011.
Megan is understands the true meaning of being hospitality assessor, and after completing her own SVQ she endeavours to pass on her knowledge and skills to develop the future managers of the industry and develop their skills. She gains great satisfaction when she sees people reach their true potential, gain confidence within themselves and grow within their field.
