The Advanced Certificate gives comprehensive coverage of the wines and spirits world, with an increased focus on tasting techniques. The qualification will assist those who are required to make professional evaluations of wines and spirits with regards to their quality and commercial value. The qualification provides the in-depth product knowledge required to underpin job skills and competencies. We will cover a variety of wines and spirits including the production process and food matching to the very high standards of the Wines & Spirits Education Trust.
Training will take place at The Tennent's Training Academy and the exam will be held on the final day at The Tennent's Training Academy Wine School.
