ONE NIGHT ONLY WITH CHEF JOHN QUIGLEY

Chef/patron, John Quigley's roller coaster career started in London’s West End where he quickly established himself and gained a reputation for excellent casual gourmet dining. He then took the opportunity to travel the world as a private chef to rock stars and celebrities such as Bryan Adams, Tina Turner and Guns n Roses. Since returning to Glasgow John has opened and established numerous successful restaurants which have achieved international recognition. In 2005 John, along with his wife Gillian, decided to open their own restaurant – Red Onion.

For one night only, John Quigley will be hosting an evening of cooking, dining and drinks at the Cook School based inside the famous Wellpark Brewery.  Join John as he demos some of his favourite dishes in the state of the art cook school, relax and dine with friends around the Chef's 16 seater table, and pick up some great hints, tips and his rock and roll Chef stories  A VIP night with a difference - not to be missed!

''I will be cooking a series of signiture dishes from the Red Onion Menu, cooking dishes that people know and love, using seasonal inspirational and current food trends. The evening will begin with a demonstration and dine, of the first course.

This will be followed by another demonstration from myself and then you will take to your own fully equipped stations in a Masterchef style Cookoff!

I will even supply a restaurant voucher for Red Onion for the best cook of the night''

All drinks (Wine, Beer, Cider or Soft Drinks) & a dessert will be provided throughout the evening and are all included in the price.
