Day 2:

Introduction to a Call Centre Environment
Call handling
How to conduct inbound calls
Selling Skills, Buying Signals etc.
How to conduct outbound calls
City & Guilds – Level 2 Award in Customer Service Delivery (Part 2 & Exam)

Day 3:

Calls experience answering in-bound calls and updating records/ taking bookings/ on a computer
Call experience conducting outbound calls
Interview Skills and preparing for an Assessment Centre
