Join one of Glasgow's most loved chefs on his behind the scenes culinary tour to one of the chef's favourite bustling fish markets Corrigans Fishmongers. Including the opportunity meet the merchant, experience the hustle and bustle and identify the best and freshest types of fish to purchase and use for your traditional fish supper.

Then head straight back to the home of Scotland's favourite lager to enjoy a complimentary behind the sceanes tour and beer tasting, then its time to pick your beer of choice which will be used to batter your very own hand picked catch of the day. 

Next stop its time to cook & eat! Here you'll be invited by Chef John in to the state of the art Cookery School for a masterclass in the ultimate fish supper, you will then get the opportunity to create your own fish supper under his expert tutilage. 

Wine & Tennent's will be served throughout your cookery class by your dedicated host, and recipes will be provided to take home and recreate your new favourite dish for your family & friends.

Competition Time! John will also offer a meal for 2 at his restaurant Red Onion, for the best fish supper on the day!
