BIIAB LEVEL 2 AWARD IN DOOR SUPERVISION
If you would like to work as a door supervisor in Scotland you need to have a licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) which was set up by the government to regulate the private security industry, including door supervision, without a licence you can't legally work on the door of licensed premises.
Holding a recognised door supervisor qualification is part of the SIA's requirements to obtain a licence to practise. BIIAB (British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body) offers the chance to obtain this.
