TWO Courses + Guaranteed Interview: 

BIIAB Level 2 Food Safety in Catering with Level 1 Professional Cookery 

This combined 2 day course will offer candidates interested in working in a kitchen, the knowledge and understanding of the importance of food hygiene and practical skills necessary to plan, prepare and cook meals safely and professionally, in a commercial kitchen environment. 

This course takes place over 2 days and candidates completing the full course will receive a BIIAB Level 2 Food Safety Certificate, and a Tennent's Training Academy Certificate of Professional Cookery.

£200 ILA FUNDING ACCEPTED FOR THIS COURSE

WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

This is an introductory 2 day course aimed at anyone interested in gaining the basic knowledge and kitchen skills required to enter the catering industry. 

Unemployed Candidates that have completed this course are also invited to the monthy recruitment day for a guaranteed an interview with on of our many hospitality employers who are seeking staff with this qualification.
