First up Mad for Macaron's Masterclass! Grab a latte and learn how to master the art of these tricky wee colourful bites. A tasty treat that is often the hardest to perfect - understand the use of colouring, techniques and cooking methods that can lead to the perfect batch of goodies to give as gifts.
After a break for your chef prepared lunch, a glass of chilled Champagne will be served to you by your host, and you can relax and enjoy your meal with your fellow cooks.
Next you don your aprons and get your hands dirty once again as you start to learn the fine art of making sweet & special chocolate desserts, with demonstrations throughout and hands-on teaching tutorials this masterclass will give you ideas, inspiration and lots of chances to taste and play with chocolate.
