Do you fancy yourself as the next Tom Cruise? Let loose behind The Academy Cocktail bar with our in-house Mixologists where you will be learning how to shake and strain your cocktails like a professional. They will guide you through a brief history and tell you some unique stories behind the cocktails before you get up and give it a try for yourself. Learn how to make 3 different cocktails and then you can relax in our unique bar too sample your own creations.
