Join our Academy Chef in our brand new state of the art cookery school for a hands on seafood workshop.

Course Content:

Fish is fashionable, tasty and most importantly, good for you. After a glass of wine on arrival, learn to prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes including working with Langoustines, Oysters, Scallops and Sea bass. 

 

You will be given the opportunity to take your skills to the next level and we will show you how to elaborate for special occasions. Over the course of the day you will prepare, cook and eat a wide range of specially chosen seasonal dishes fit for any gourmet restaurant menu.
