Course Content:
Let Lesley from Designer Cupcakes show you her secrets to creating beautifully decorated cupcakes. No boring swirls and sprinkles here, we will demonstrate that creating cupcakes that look amazing is actually really simple when you know how!
During the cupcake class you will get to decorate 6 'Designer Cupcakes" in 3 styles, using various different decorating techniques including a cupcake to eat during the class! A 'Designer Cupcake' box will be provided to take your cakes home in and show them off to your family and friends!
After the class you will also get the chance to browse around the pop up shop bursting at the seams with all the goodies you need to create the perfect cupcakes at home. A full set of instructions on how to decorate the cakes and recipes for the perfect sponge and butter icing will be provided, no excuses not to re create your masterpieces at a later date!
We will then whisk you through to The Academy Bar for a cocktail masterclass to shake, stir and muddle up exotic creations to match your beautiful cupcakes
